Sometimes you need to replace a roof or wall profile on an older building and cannot find the original manufacturer of the profile. Prestige can match old or obsolete profiles enabling repairs or refurbishment to proceed.

Prestige will need the dimensions of the existing profile see in downloads attachment of a profile identification sheet with all information required required to match the profile.

Trimline Gutter / Trimform Gutter & Highline gutters & downpipes are designed to hang from a box profile sheet – coming as a 0.7mm thick steel, to match the roof or wall sheets. The inside leg of the gutter is fixed to the underside of the box profile sheet and a gutter arm is used to extend the crown for the sheet and support them outside of the trimline gutter edge.

Our gutter support arms come in 600mm in length and are made to suit the specific profile being used. Usually support arms are also spread 600mm apart along with the guttering.

Trimline / Trimform & Highline gutters are supplied 3m in length which are conjoined through internal butt straps – fixed using stitcher screws and mastic.  Stop ends care supplied loose and is handed dependant on which end is required for the project.

Trimline Gutter / Trimform Gutter & Highline gutters are designed to give you a shadow line effect to give you more of an enhanced look.

Available in various different colours and materials such as leather grain, HPS, Prisma (smooth) & Spectrum (smooth)

Does not require any fascia boards.

Our single skin galvanised gutters, manufactured from pre-galvanised steel sheets or aluminium come in a varying of sizes from 1.6mm to 3mm.

With the ability to be supplied in all shapes and sizes, all our single skin galvanised gutters have the option of coming as a precoated steel or being powder coated.

We are also able to provide welding for stop ends, outlets and overflow weirs into your gutter – alternatively we can supply loose to be fixed onsite, as all can be fixed through joggle jointed or butt strapped. We’re also able to weld outlets to a flat plate and can supply preformed corner units or sections to your requirements and for your ease.

Our insulated gutters are manufactured in a varying array of materials such as plain galvanised, aluminium or a coated material with a bespoke finish to your project.

Our membrane lined insulated gutters consist of a galvanised gutter bond, sandwiched between a bright white polyester soffit to match the internal lining of roof cladding.

As with galvanised gutters, all items such as stop ends, weirs and outlets can be supplied, as well as pre formed corner units.
