Dektite pipe flashings offer a reliable and flexible sealing solution for a wide range of roof applications. Designed for long-term performance, they are available in grey and red silicone to suit varied temperature demands – from -50°C to 150°C intermittently for grey, and up to 250°C for red. Each flashing accommodates roof pitches up to 45°, with sizes suitable for pipe diameters from 5mm to 610mm. Quick to install and watertight, Dektite flashings are ideal for sealing around pipes on metal roofs. Fixing kits and optional clips are available separately to complete the system.

Concrete Screws and Tek Screws

Concrete screws are designed and manufactured so that the thread taps directly into materials like concrete, block, or brick. The threads are hardened to ensure a strong hold without making the screw’s body too brittle, preventing the screws from shearing off during installation. When you need a fastener that provides quick, secure anchoring of objects to concrete and are not concerned about aesthetics, the hex concrete screw is an excellent choice for many applications.
