Like the Roof Span panel, sandwich panels consist of an insulating core between two metal sheets, offering high levels of thermal efficiency, durability, and fire resistance. These panels are widely used in commercial and industrial buildings for their easy installation and excellent structural integrity.

The Eurobond Roof Span panel excels in providing high-grade acoustic, fire, and energy performance. When used in combination with a Eurobond wall panel or other sandwich panels, it creates an eco-friendly, low fire risk building solution. This integrated system promotes energy efficiency and sustainability, making it ideal for modern construction needs.

Standard specifications for the Eurobond Roof Span panel include a 1000mm module width and lengths ranging from 2,500mm to 14,000mm, making it suitable for various roof sizes. The trapezoidal metal outer sheet (37.250.1000 profile) and S280GD steel construction (outer sheet: 0.70mm, inner sheet: 0.50mm) offer strength and durability. It is available in TATA Prisma and TATA HPS200 Ultra finishes, which provide up to 40 years of Confidex guarantee.

With a non-combustible stone wool core (100kg/m³) offering a thermal conductivity of 0.044 W/mK, these panels are CE-marked to EN 14509 and classified as Euroclass A2,s1-d0 according to EN 13501-1, ensuring top-tier fire safety performance.
