What is the best sealant for gutters?
There is not a single best sealant for guttering since there are so many products to choose from and what you select depends on the gutter system itself.
Typically speaking though, the leading brands tend to be Geocel, Evo-stik, Everbuild, Soudal, Unibond and a whole host of specialist sealant for guttering and roofs products.

What type of roof sealants do you supply?

What is dektite used for?
Decktite is used for flashing ducting, pipes and flues on roofs. The product brand name itself is called Dektite and its purpose is to create a waterproof seal. Decktite is also commonly referred to as a pipe boot since it is a rubber cone with an aluminium flange that attaches smoothly to the pipe on a roof.
Decktite (dektite) flashings are commonly seen on metal, slate and tiled roofs and items exposed to high temperatures (chimneys etc). Decktite can withstand temperatures of -50°C to 115°C and up to 150°C intermittently. This is because it is made from EPDM and silicone, which means it is highly resistant to ember attacks (airborne burning fragments).
What different eaves fillers are there?
Manufactured in high quality Expanded Polyethylene (PE), eaves fillers are used with roofing sheets to seal the corrugations at the eaves.
Eaves fillers are also an incredibly efficient way of retaining the stability of a roof against strong winds. Furthermore, eaves fillers enable enough air to flow into the roof to stop condensation but prevent dust, debris, wildlife and draughts from entering the roof.
