The Brett Martin 170mm Industrial rainwater system is a durable UV resistant PVC deepflow gutter, designed for agricultural and commercial buildings including farm, warehouse and apartments offering a superior and robust drainage solution.
Available in black and grey – the Brett Martin 170mm comes with pioneering ‘clip & seal’ technology for easy and efficient installation. The clip & seal fully combines with the fittings so that the designed captive seal is held securely within the fitting – whilst the clip locks the seal firmly in place.
For added ease the clip & seal is fully factory fitted but can also be easily removed if needed.
The drainage system durability has been fully tested to BS EN 1462 Load Class H standard. Whilst it’s unique set-up provides long-term weather-ability for the systems gutter fittings and downpipes, all of which are covered by a 10 year colour warranty.
- The unique CLIP & SEAL fully integrates with the fitting so that the specially designed captive seal is held securely within the fitting whilst the clip locks the seal firmly in place.
- For added convenience the CLIP & SEAL is fully factory fitted to all Deeptyle170 fittings but can also be easily removed if required.
- When fitting the gutter the CLIP & SEAL provides just enough flex to allow the gutter to locate within the fitting, whilst a reassuring click locks the gutter securely into position compressing the seal for superior sealing.
