Omnis (System building products) Ziplok is a ‘zip-up’ standing seam roofing system. The Omnis Ziplok system is available in 0.7mm gauge colour coated steel or 0.9mm / 1.2mm gauge aluminium. Besides supplying the latter in plain mill finish or stucco embossed, to add to the overall aesthetic appeal of the roof application as well as prolonging the life of the sheet. Omnis Ziplok is also available in aluzinc, stainless steel, zinc and copper.
Water penetration is virtually impossible even when laid at very shallow pitches. Using a special tool, the sheets are pushed onto the aluminium halter brackets and then ‘zipped-up’. This ‘Zip’ eliminates through fix fasteners and the need for end laps by incorporating full-length sheets to run from ridge to eaves (eaves to eaves on curved roofs).
